Law Enforcement researched three of Teresa Halbach's credit cards, with the last 4 digits 1230, 7139, 3459.
CASO page 27:
On Friday, 11/04/05 at 0845 hrs., I (DEDERING) did contact CHASE BANK regarding TERESA HALBACH's Credit Card Number 4266 8410 2863 1230.
The purpose of my call was to determine whether there had been any activity on this credit card since 10/31/05. I was informed by the representative of CHASE BANK that the last activity on this card was Friday, 10/28/2005. Charges were made to a PAPA MURPHY'S PIZZA in Appleton and a WAL-MART in Appleton. The individual I spoke with was unable to provide me with any information regarding addresses for either business place.
At 0900 hrs., I did contact BANK ONE (which had been bought out by CHASE) regarding a second credit card, that being 4266 8121 3423 7139. The representative advised me that this card does not appear to be activated.
The representative then advised me that they had a second card listed for TERESA HALBACH that being 5369 9354 7002 3459. The representative advised me that this is a MASTERCARD, which has a $ 1,000 line of credit and that there are $246 available on this account.
The representative advised me that the last activity on this particular MASTERCARD was on Saturday, 10/29/2005 and it was used at an EXXON fuel station in DePere, WI. A $38.06 charge was posted on this account.
The individual who I spoke with indicated that BANK ONE was going to be flagging both accounts for activity (the account ending on 1230 as well as the account ending in 3459). They indicated in the event any transactions were made that they would contact us.
I had received the credit card information regarding card numbers from Inv. WIEGERT who had obtained a large file of records from the TERESA HALBACH residence on Thursday, 11/03/05.
Teresa's Visa card ending in 9903 and expiry date of 03/2009 is not mentioned in the CASO investigative report (image above).
15 hits in CASO when searching for the word 'credit'. Page 27 contains three credit card numbers. None end with 9903.
Other credit cards are mentioned and investigated but not this Visa credit card number ending in 9903.
Coincidences do exist but I wonder if LE investigated the transactions on this Visa.
Were there transactions on this credit card on 10/31? Did transactions stop on 10/31?
Does anyone have more information about this card? Is it mentioned in any of the reports?
I did read that credit cards with a magnetic strip are usually valid for 3, 3.5 or 4 years.

If this Visa expired in 03/2006, 03/2007 or 03/2008 that would be very believable.
But to have it expire on 03/2009, with a probable validity term of 3.5 years, means it would have been acquired in September 2005, like quite a few other resources of TH.
Please explain this to me my fellow sleuths.

Documentation of TH subscriptions and activations coincide with the depositions that were not going well for the perpetrators of Steven Avery's first wrongful conviction.
I'm sharing this discovery of a possible previously unknown credit card used by the supposed victim of a murder, and I've sent this info to Kathleen Zellner because it is legit.
Besides the interesting expiry date, it also would be interesting to find out if this Visa card was last used on 10/31...
If this credit card was used after 2:30pm on 10/31 that could be huge because it would destroy the State's timeline.

The first 2 imgurs were shared in a comment in a post by flower reflection.
Those findings seem to match with the creation of TH's website teresaphoto.com on 09/27/2005 and possibly the activation of a previously unknown credit card in September 2005.
This follows the theory that TH and her profession were created as part of a plan hatched by the government/LE to frame SA.

I asked if anyone knew about this card; no one confirmed they did.
So in this post I will show you why I think it's odd this credit card is undocumented.
Timeline regarding website, credit card and investigation:

Law enforcement, family and friends turned Teresa's life upside down trying to find her.
Yet the Visa credit card that Teresa used the previous month to buy a domain name and website hosting package seems to be missing from the investigation.

UPDATE 12/17/2019: Also missing from the CASO Investigative Report is Teresa's credit card with Bank of America.

Teresa wrote a check to Bank of America on September 27, 2005 in the amount of $100. In the memo section of the check she wrote: 4888 6031 2990 6087, which is a credit card number, not a checking or savings account number.

Part 1, just after posting, got downvoted like hell.
Part 2 contains the info. The domain and hosting for Teresaphoto.com was paid for with a Visa credit card ending with the digits 9903.
In the comments of that post fellow truthers suggested this credit card could possibly be a:
gift card
debit card
parents card
Mike's card
new card for business used only once
I now believe this credit card, missing from the CASO investigative report, was a personal credit card of Teresa.
The 9903 Visa has been identified to having been linked to Teresa's personal Walmart.com account (see image below).
It was not linked to any of her 3 known business e-mail addresses.
First post I asked if anyone knew anything about this credit card.
Second post I asked for possible reasons this credit card is nowhere to be found in the CASO investigative Report.
Today, knowing the Visa credit card ending with digits 9903 was also linked to Teresa's personal Walmart account, I ask you:

ReplyDeleteIf Teresa was alive and this was all faked to save the county pensions, what would motivate Teresa to do such a thing? Hero of the county and to rid the world of a cat killer. The Halbachs were good friends with the Beernstens. The sheriff didn't believe in DNA - he's on record as saying this. Did this trickle down to others in the county, say like Teresa? Was Steve still the one that raped Beernsten (in their eyes).

But I do have the theory that the bones are not TH at the top of my list.
I know SA didn't kill her. LE definitely didn't since they have ties to the family. BoD could have done it, but all this bone business, the coroner, and KZ being hung up on the bones now too makes me believe they are those of CB.
It's just all such a jumbled mess. I believe that mess is purposely done to keep everyone off of the real crime, which is the coverup of a murder that never took place.

it is not up to people to prove she is alive, the original claims are that she is DEAD, yet there is no proof to prove the original claim. So it is unjust to flip it around and start asking for proof of life. There needs to be proof of death or it has to be assumed she is alive.
nice of you to mention the death certificate. That is on the record as being issued before the bones were even identified! it was printed based on zero evidence so it has to be discredited as nothing more than a fortune cookie.
do you realize there was less blood in the Rav than a typical nose bleed would cause? and that blood is not 100% verified. The bones are NOT proven as TH's and may even be animal bones. She hasn't been from since, maybe not by you or your friends? but possibly from her own family and friends which are the people that DO NOT TALK. The cold hard facts are there is ZERO evidence of this fun young wild care free passing on.

Well, the Death Certificate seems to confuse the matter even further.
No body is found, yet an autopsy is performed? The cause of death is “undetermined,” which is then crossed out. Yet, manner of death is checked, “homicide.”
It should be noted that the bone identification, which was strangely never challenged by the
defense, is bogus at best:

And why should we believe anything testified by the state concerning DNA? The entire state has a very vested interest in putting away Steven Avery ― and his $36 million lawsuit.
What About All The Other Evidence?
What about the bones and the bonfire, and the magic bullet in the garage? Well, for that matter, where does the entire concept of Teresa Halbach’s death and/or murder come from in the first place?
From law enforcement. From the very people who planted the single key and the blue RAV4.
From the very people who coerced the obviously false confession from Brendan Dassey. If they could pull off planting false evidence and extracting a false confession, what reason is there to believe anything further that they claim? Their credibility has just gone to zero.

There is no proof that Teresa Halbach is dead. Continuing to discuss any other aspects of this case is simply an exercise in futility. This case is the ultimate conspiracy, involving local and state officials at every level.

premature timing of her funeral (wouldn’t you really like to make sure your loved one is truly
dead before holding a funeral service for them?), the apparent lack of grief (and/or of emotion during the search and when making announcements,) the strange connection with the exboyfriend, the relationship with other family members (one of which died of a mysterious drug overdose and whose body was [possibly not completely] cremated and was about Teresa’s height and build and who possibly shared the same DNA through the general family blood line ―

possible “club” affiliation, ties to law enforcement, and the ultimate ― their failure to go public and say, “That’s not Teresa’s RAV4! Hers was green (teal).” And then there is the strange death of the father in Florida. We won’t even go there.
Quite possibly, the Halbach family had ties to the Sheriff himself, who just happens to own the only competing auto salvage business to the Avery’s. One that allegedly does $1.5 million a year in business. And one that would profit greatly from any loss of business at the Avery’s due to the bad publicity of Steven Avery.

When you look at what really happened in the original rape case, and then look at all the players in that scripted crime, you see much more than just a local crooked law enforcement. You see associated civilian people (the club?) with means. Means to relocate someone. Someone who perhaps was looking for a ticket out of town. Or someone who was coerced, bribed or threatened to move. Or maybe she was simply offered relocation in the state’s Witness Protection Program?
You have a crooked state judicial system. You have crooked law enforcement. Both work hand in hand. What better way to eliminate someone (without murdering them) than to coerce them to accept relocation under the strict guidelines of the Witness Protection Program. And under the law, no attorney or investigator can legally expose any participants in the program. She is safe from exposure ― even if she is discovered!
But where could she have gone?
Anywhere in the country. Or anywhere out of the country. Out of the country is less than a day’s journey. Maybe she even took her own green/teal RAV4, which would be why they had to substitute another vehicle. Or maybe she abandoned that vehicle on the Highway 147 turnabout where her vehicle was last spotted (parked and presumably investigated by law enforcement, which would explain why Colborn called in the plates long before the blue RAV4 is planted)?
Maybe she then ended up in the local mental facility (see below,) drugged to the point of not
being able to make rational decisions on her own. Or maybe she wasn’t drugged but was just a special “guest” there until arrangements for her relocation could be made. The possibilities are endless.
There is much more information to understand in this entire case. I have much of it covered in my original paper, Why No One Is Understanding The Steven Avery Case. But what I have
presented here should be enough for people to come to an understanding that this case is a
bogus crime and an obvious conspiracy.

I finally have the nerve to post this, be kind, writing isn't my thing.
I have only used SA's statement as I feel that I can't trust anyone or anything else.
SA stated that TH left the Avery property about 2:30ish. At this point in time no one could have predicted that SA would take the afternoon off and leave himself vulnerable to be framed.
Even with surveillance they would have to wait to see what he did in the next few hours. Meanwhile, where is TH while they waited?
Surely they wouldn't kill their bait until they were sure SA didn't have an alibi. They couldn't detain her every time she left the property on the chance that this day was a good day to do the framing.
How did they know she wouldn't leave a trail of witnesses every time she left SA's.
On the other hand, if TH was privy to this plan, did she make a habit of turning her phone off and lying low for a few hours every time she visited SA's just in case this would be the day SA leaves himself without an alibi.
No studio on Mondays. Move to a remote area. Leave SA appointments until last in the day.
I realise there are other possibilities, but in most if not all, knowledge of SA's Monday afternoon is crucial to successfully frame him, so without the help of LE this doesn't seem possible.
Have I overlooked something? Apologies if this has been settled previously.
I am still trying to catch up on the time lag. By the time I read things, everyone else has moved on.

Well, they did leave like a 4 day window since she wasn't reported missing until the afternoon of the 3rd. So, there was plenty of time for them to say SA killed her sometime during that time. If he had an alibi for Monday, they would have said he held her hostage somewhere until he could burn her. Which is another reason they needed Jodi gone then. Plus they would have had access to phone calls between SA and JS so would have known what he was doing.
If she would have been reported sooner, it would have narrowed the window for when he could have done everything without police snooping around. That's probably why she wasn't reported missing for so long...give them a broader window of opportunity to say SA did it.

If it was a frame up what you say makes a lot of sense. There is no way to know what time of death is for bone fragments. It would be easy enough to claim SA tied TH up and then went out to establish an alibi the same way they claim his calls to her phone were attempts to establish an alibi.

A tip called in on November 7th from a teacher at Hilbert High School, who was told by a student that when the McGlone family was distributing missing persons posters at a gas station in Sheboygan yesterday, November 6th, a person standing in line there said they had seen Teresa in Sheboygan the day before, November 5th
